NESTLE CAUSES ACNE?

Dairy causes breakouts? It might be true for some people.

Personally, I always try to stay away from dairy milks. I don't like the taste of them and I've realized that they did upset my stomach since I was a child. Other than that, I do enjoy some cheese now and then and I like yogurt. It is a staple in my daily diet. Dairy, non-dairy, Greek yogurt, regular yogurt... I LOVE them all. I've never had problems with yogurt. I usually buy the Farm Fresh yogurt or sometimes when I am feeling fancy I would buy Farmers Union Greek yogurt which is gluten free for my concern but slightly more pricey. I have a limited options of brands because I only buy regular non-flavored yogurts, preferably in large amount.

A couple months ago I found out that Nestlé came out with a new range of Greek yogurts. At first I was skeptical about it. Well, a product from the major processed food company, how healthy would it be? Last week when I was passing by the frozen food section, looking for my Farm Fresh, but sadly they are all out of stocks. I decided to try Nestlé Greek yogurt.

Let me give it a quick review. It doesn't taste as good as those other Greek yogurt that I've tried before. It leaves a weird milky taste in my mouth which I don't fancy. My body shows some bowel symptoms like cramping and sudden belly pain. The most annoying thing is it BREAKS MY SKIN OUT. Now I still have two huge blind pimples left on my face.

It's weird that I've never had the same problems with other yogurts. Perhaps it was the ingredients of the brand that got contaminated and consequently causing allergies in my body. I'm not sure. As I haven't try many of Nestlé products that can justify it. The only one I know apart from the yogurt is Milo. Yes, I am allergic to Milo

Does anyone else have the same problem? If you are suffering from acne, may be you can try to cut out Nestlé products from your diet and see whether it makes a difference.
